WARRANTY CLAIMS – 2 years
If your jewellery breaks due to a production error, you have the right to claim compensation within 2 years from the date you purchased your products. This will, however, only apply if you are able to provide valid proof of the date of purchase. To inquire if your jewelry is covered under warranty, please contact us via email at email@example.com. The claim must of course be justified and any deficiencies must not have arisen as the result of the incorrect use of the product or from normal wear and tear.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are in ICELANDIC KRONA (ISK).
In the webshop you can pay with a debit or credit card through a safe site provided by Borgun. Borgun is an Icelandic acquiring company that handles all our credit card authorizations and transactions. All credit card transactions go through secure encryption payment gateway. Borgun is PCI Certified, which means that the systems and operations are compliant with the extensive security requirements of the PCI Standard.
PLEASE NOTE, that in case of delivery outside Iceland you are obliged to bear the customs duties and further costs incurred. We are not responsible for knowing the customs policies of other countries than Iceland. If you have any questions with regards to the customs regulations in your specific country, please contact your local customs office.
SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND RETURNS
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all domestic orders and on international orders over 18.000.ISK.
After receiving your order, it will take us 2-5 business days to ship your order. Once we have shipped it out, we’ll send you an email notification of your order status. Normally, delivery takes between 2-4 working days inside Iceland via the Iceland Post and 3-8 working days outside Iceland via FedEx Express delivery. Longer time of delivery may be expected during special holidays due to pressure. PRAKT jewellery will not be held responsible for any delay or failure from the Iceland Post or FedEx.
You can return the jewellery within 30 days, from the day that you have received the products. We accept the return of unused or faulty items. The jewellery should always be returned in their original packaging with the original invoice. Please label your return shipment as a return of goods for customs. If you return a jewellery the money will be refund to the credit card that was used to place the order. We are not able to refund customs and VAT for orders sent to destinations outside Iceland. You are also responsible for paying the return shipping costs to Iceland.
We can only return jewellery bought in our store or online in our webshop. If you have jewellery from another retailer, please contact the retailer for exchange, return or claims.
To be able to process your transaction, we will need these information from you: Name, Address, Email address and Phone number. This data will be saved, along with information about which products you bought. The purpose is to deliver your products. We also need the information in case of return, exchange and warranty claims.
