WARRANTY CLAIMS – 2 years
If your jewellery breaks due to a production error, you have the right to claim compensation within 2 years from the date you purchased your products. This will, however, only apply if you are able to provide valid proof of the date of purchase. To inquire if your jewelry is covered under warranty, please contact us via email at prakt@prakt.is. The claim must of course be justified and any deficiencies must not have arisen as the result of the incorrect use of the product or from normal wear and tear.

PRICES AND PAYMENT          

In the webshop you can pay with a debit or credit card through a safe site provided by Teya Iceland hf. Teya is a payment services and software provider that handles all our credit card authorizations and transactions. All credit card transactions go through secure encryption payment gateway. Teya is PCI Certified, which means that the systems and operations are compliant with the extensive security requirements of the PCI Standard.

PLEASE NOTE, that in case of delivery outside Iceland you are obliged to bear the customs duties and further costs incurred. We are not responsible for knowing the customs policies of other countries than Iceland. If you have any questions with regards to the customs regulations in your specific country, please contact your local customs office.
